The residence also features an autonomous heating and cooling system and consists of two bedrooms and a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen, accommodating up to six guests.

The first bedroom includes one double bed, while the second bedroom features two single beds. Additionally, the living area includes a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, allowing for the accommodation of extra guests.
